Jenn: How do I tell Him? I mean it looks so easy on T.V. but in real life….
Caitlyn: I know what you can do….you can make him baby carrots, baby corn, and baby back ribs and see if he gets the hint!!!!!
Kady: Please….the show Full House already pulled that one off
Jenn: Should I just say Lance I’m pregnant…or Lance I’m pregnant……
Caitlyn: That is the same thing dumb ass
Jenn: Caitlyn we don’t need your jokes now….
Kady: Well after dinner we will leave you two alone and you can tell him then…lets go to the deck before they get suspicious
*All head out to the deck*
J.C.: Justin I need some mouth wash man…that garlic stuff that I had on the plane is really getting to me.
Justin: yeah I can smell….It is on the counter in my bathroom
J.C.: Thanks
J.C. opens the sliding door just as Kady and Caitlyn slip out
Kady: Jenn come on
Jenn: Let me get a drink
Chris: Don’t drink the water……or the ice cubes
“Oh crap” Jenn says she left the test out on the counter-she ran to Kady and Justin’s bathroom and ran into J.C.
Jenn: Sorry Jayce almost bumped heads there
J.C.: Well at least it wasn’t our stomachs
Jenn: What?
J.C.: How far along are you? *he points to the pregnancy test*
Jenn: Two weeks …I’m not sure though….
J.C.: Did you tell him?
Jenn: Can’t you tell I didn’t
J.C.: Don’t worry he will take it fine…he has always wanted a family
Jenn hugs J.C. – “But I don’t think this soon……
*2 hours lata*
Chris: Well hello there how are you?
Jenn hits Chris on the head- “Why are you talking to my stomach?
Chris: Caitlyn told me *points to Jenn’s stomach *
Jenn: Well Lance does not know so shhhhhh
Justin: Kady do you think it will be a basketball star….well considering the father …..He cant play basketball----when he plays he looks like a chicken with his head cut off…. but I think it will be one hell of an actor or actress.
Kady glared at Justin as Jenn walked into the room
Jenn: So everyone knows but Lance?
All reply: YEAH
J.C.: Just to let you know he is out on the deck having a beer.
Jenn: a beer…great…. I get to tell him we are having a baby when he is probably half drunk
Kady: Unlike Chris and Caitlyn, Lance knows how to control his drinking
Caitlyn finishes her wine: “Damn Straight”
Jenn: Ok here goes nothing
Jenn opens the sliding door and walks out to where Lance is sitting he smiles at her and pulls a chair up next to him
Jenn: Nice Sunset
Lance: Yeah it is
Jenn: Yeah…… * Jenn looks in the window to see all her friends faces plastered on it she taps the window and they all scatter
Lance offers Jenn a sip of his beer she rejects
Jenn: Lance there is something I need to tell you
“Yeah”, he says while taking a sip of his beer
Jenn: I’m pregnant
Lance spits out his beer
Jenn: Ok not the reaction I was hoping for but ok I’ll work with it….
“Pregnant”, Lance says under his breath
Jenn: Yeah as you know…. your baby coming in less then 9 months
*Lance hugged and Kissed Jenn*
Jenn- Now this is the reaction I was hoping for
Lance: I can’t believe it…. me, you, and OUR baby…….OUR baby……
