Marcus Castellani had been replaced by Anders Johansson (ex HammerFall and Yngwie
Malmsteen's Rising Force) on drums nine days before this show. The stage contacted the 
mixing desk via a monitor wedge rather than headphones and you can hear them requesting
to turn down the subs during Brothers Of Metal Pt. 1 and again in The Gods Made Heavy
Metal.
