From 90 miles north of Cowtown, comes Route Ninety-eight. A roots rock, barn burning band coming from the bratwurst capital of the world(Bucyrus, Oh.) With our major influences coming from Sean Beal, Tim Easton, and Wilco, we are ready to take on the roots rock feel. Straight out of high school, we are looking to take our music to the next level. Tired of mullet bars filled with four hour sets of Lynyrd Skynyrnd and Bad Company cover tunes, we are ready to enter places where our music is appreciated. These days are hopfully coming to an end with the release of our demo. Music is our passion and our love, and hopfully this comes out in the dream of leaving a small town tune, "Pick Me Up," and the rootsier feel of "Summer Day Slacker." Route ninetyeight are ready to step out into a place where people care and understand our music.
