This is the commemorative 2003 State Champion Uniform, which combines many aspects of the different champion bands all put into one uniform

Notice the colors are of every band with a little of each added in

Also notice that the black area of the uniform is displayed with the star that is on Irmo's uniform added into the scheme of the whole thing!
