Victorious ACS (I) eclipses Maris Stella High School to capture the 7th. National Schools’ Tenpin Championships “C” Divisions which was held at the Singapore Bowling Academy from 17th. July – 25th. July 2000.

Teamwork counts as our ACS (I) bowlers end 2 years reign of rival, first to ACS (BR) in 1998 and MSH in 1999 which finally brought back the title which we held for four years since its debut in 1994. Our 12 ACSian bowlers helped it pull off a coup in the 7th.National Schools’ Championships “C” Divisions. Ironically none of the individual won any medals with the exception of Yong Xiang Wei and Alexander Wiguna who captured the silver for the Doubles Event.

For the 49 points they earned with them, our four top bowlers led by the formidable team captain, Ashley Tan, Leonard Lim, Kelvin Wee and Alexander Wiguna in the All-Events enough to seal the Championships. Well done boys, keep up the spirit as “The Best Is Yet To Be.”
