Pork Chops

Some of you people may have this recipie already, but oh well. It is from the Company's Coming books, but I did modify it to my liking. Hopefully you like it, too.

Foods Needed:
Cooking Oil-1 tbsp.
Pork Chops, trimmed of fat-6 depending on size

Ketchup-1/2 cup
Brown sugar, packed-1/4 cup
White vinegar-3 tbsp.
Soy sauce-1 tbsp.
Salt-1/2 tsp.
Pepper-1/8 tsp.

Utensils and other things needed:
Frying Pan, measuring spoons, table fork, small roaster, measuring cups, a small bowl, mixing spoon, a hot pad.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees Celsius). Put the cooking oil into the pan. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Put the chops in the roaster.

2. Put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. Mix. If you want, you can add some premade barbeque sauce (like the stuff that you buy in the store). That's what I do and it tastes really good. I don't really like homemade sauce, so I even it out. Half and half usually works. Pour over the pork chops in the roaster. Bake on the center rack in the oven for about 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
