And Family.
Now for all of you that wish to find out about me, here goes.
Right, to the autobiography bit.
My full name is Damien Smy, my tag, Damo.
I've lived in Ipswich, UK all my life, and have enjoyed it.
I started playing the Games
Workshop games at the tender age of eight, my first game was
Space Crusade, and fom there I have a history of Warhammer
40,000, Warhammer Fantasy, Blood Bowl, Epic, Necromunda, and more
recently, Mordhiem, in the begining, it wasn't a glorious one,
but as I have played more and more, it has become more glorious.
I have collected many armies in my time but as I got bored of
them I have sold them, the only armies I have never been bored
with are the Sisters of Battle, and the Dark Angels.
At the moment, I am working on the third company of Dark Angels,
it's taking time, but it is taking lots of time, and I don't get
a lot of that.
On the academic side, I started school with
Hillside nursery, then Hillside Primary, during my second year
there, we moved and I started at Cliff Lane Primary, after that I
went up to Holywells High.
About four months after leaving school in June '98, I started
work at Mc Donalds, where I have spent a happy year.
I have a huge love for most of the modern music around at the moment, but I do have a fave artist, if you want to know who it is, then click here
I live at home with my parents, brother, and sister.
My Mum, Jenny Smy, works in a pharmacy, and has done so for at least ten years. My Dad, Steve Smy, worked for Eastern Electricity for seventeen years, after we moved, Dad set up and ran a computer software buisness for a short period of time. Mum's hobbies and interests outside of work include Dragons, Unicorns, and the occaisional fairy, Cross Stitch, playing darts, using the computer, and reading.
Dad's hobbies and interest include, painting,
and occaisionaly playing, the Flintloque, Deadloque, and
Slaughterloo miniatures, painting 15mm Napoleonic miniatures,
reading, using the computer, and watching action, Sharpe, and
historical videos.
Unfortunatly, Dad is unable to work due to a dibilitating
after-effect of having polio at a young age. This after-effect is

Now I suppose, we had better find out about my "lovely" siblings.
My brother, Reuben Smy has been
collecting Games Workshop products for seven years, he started
with Heroquest, them moved on to Advanced Heroquest, and after
that, Warhammer Fantasy.
Reuben's other interests include Army Cadets, historical war
films, drawing, and painting.
On the academic side, Reuben is in the middle of his tenth year
at high school, he is getting on well .
My sister, Emma Smy isn't
interested in either of the Warhammer universes, her interestes
mainly include male pop groups. But when unable to listen to
them, she enjoys cross stitch, dancing, and embossing.
On the academic side for Emma , she is enjoying her second year
(eighth) at high school.
