This is Claudia. We are not sure if Howie is dating her or not. She was with them at the 99 Billboard Awards. Howie has said he is only dating. She was also spotted with him last year at the NY Star Wars Premiere. She was also with him at the VH1 Fairway to Heaven Golf Tournament back in October.
Claudia was also seen "with" Howie in New York City when the boys were promoting Millennium. She's supposedly from Canada. That's all we know about her right now. It is not definite that Howie is seeing her either.
