Backstreet Boys: Their Love Song To You!

Kevin, Howie, Brian, AJ and Nick Thank You For A Love That's "Larger Than Life!"

If You're one of the millions of Backstreet Boys fans who've practically worn out their copy of Millennium, then you're probably well-acquainted with the opening track, "Larger Than Life." the tune is an anthemic, up-tempo song taht the guys are currently using to open their awesome concerts-- and you can bet it totally inspires the audience.

Wanna' know a secret? That song was written just for you! Yes. it's completrly true.

"Larger Than Life," which was co-written bt Brian, is a song that was written by Brian, is a song that was written specifically to thank you for your love and support. During our recent chat with Brian, he told us exactly what the song means to him:
" The song ' Larger Than Life'
is definitely about the fans." he says." it talks about how they affect our lives and our reality. Because the truth is, the fans really do affect our lives. It's an incredible feeling when you're on stage, and you step back and see people singing your songs. So it kind of makes them larger the life!"
Brian hopes that when
you hear the song, you'll know exactly how special you are to the Boys, and how much they love you back! " When you hear the lyric-- it says, 'Because all of our time, spent in the flashing light'-- and that means the cameras and all the flash bulbs that go off when people take our picture," he explains, " But the shorus tells the fans. " Every time we 're down, you can mkae it right, and that makes you larger than life.' And taht's the truth-- the fans do have taht power. they make everything right for us."
AJ also chimed in, explaining
that "Larger Than Life" was originally going to be the title of theor new album-- but after some discussions, they decided on Millennium. "we didn't want anyone to think we were talking about ourselves--that we were larger than life, "says AJ. "We thought, people would think we had these huge egos. The truth is. we're nothinh without the love and support of our fans."
