This award is given only to those in positions of authority. It could be anyone.
A Ring Mistress/Master, Mom, Dad, Child, a boss at work. It is given to those who have shown by their integrity, sense of fairness and leadership, that all are welcome, and contribute to the group or family as a whole. They find a place for everyone in their care, and make sure that everyone is respected for their indiviual hidden talents. They are truly deserving of our special thanks.
