 |      The following is taken from a book by Scott Cunningham & David Harrington ROUSING, PROGRAMMING, RELEASING, and DIRECTING ENERGY This is the heart of magic. Without using this four-fold process, incanations are useless and rituals are ineffective. They're necessary for the empowerment of magical objects. Here are the four processes: Rousing consists of awakening personal power and Earth power. Programing is the process of infusing this power with a special magical goal through visualization. Releasings is the act of moving the energy from within our bodies. Directing consists of aiming the roused, programmed, and released power into a special object.  Money Simmering Potpourri If money is a problem rather than a pleasure, when your're faced with unexpected financial obligations, when the money you earn doesn't seem to come in fast enough, brew up one of these and set money-attracting energies into motion. 4 tbsp. whole cardamon seeds 2 tbsp. whole cloves 1 tsp. groung nutmeg (or 2 whole nutmegs) 1 tsp. ground ginger With your fingers, mix these ingredients in a small bowl, while visualizing increased prosperity. As you mix them, say these or similar words: "Money simmer in the air; Money simmer everywhere!" Say a prayer and be done.          |
