FALLING CASTLE
I imagined the prince... princess... castle... And even the happily ever afterness. My dream fell through And I take my anger out on you. "I'm sorry" But... That's not enough.
That's found around a castle And all outsiders come into our lives And I've lost the key to the dungeon I have no knights to protect me And the rope to the drawbridge is cut My fairy godmother is on vacation And my prince and I are stuck
And I'm vulnerable to the point of the arrow 'Sound the trumpet! Play the bugle! Lower the flag; I surrender... myself... my prince... and my castle.' "I'm sorry I hurt you" But... That's not enough. Cathy Roy (Smith) May/83
