Pluto is the first outer scout to appear to the Sailor Scouts. She meets them through Rini, who calls her Luna-P, in the R Series. Pluto, also known as Setsuna, is the Guardian of the Timegate and is known as one of the most powerful scouts. She can travel through time with her Time Key and can alsotransport others as well. She is also a very caring person and loves Rini dearly. She keeps a carefulwatch on her during her time in the past. Pluto has helped the scouts numerous times and becomes more invloved in the Stars Series. She is very clever and extremely smart. She was also very invloved during the S Series.
