Agent 99!

Barbara Feldon (born May 12, 1941) is a rare and blessed being. Proof of this is the fact that in the late '50s---years before she gained fortune and fame as "Agent 99"---she was a contestant on "The $64,000 Question", and WON! She invested her prize money in an art gallery, later marrying the owner. Her work as a high-priced fashion model led to "Get Smart", where writer Buck Henry actually created the role of 99 just for her! Only a TOTAL DIVA has roles written for her! There are NO exceptions to this rule. "Get Smart" was a tremendous hit, and still has a devoted and cult-like following. Ms. Feldon also gave a critically acclaimed performance in the film "Smile", in which she portrayed an insanely fanatic beauty-pagaent organizer. (Another Diva role!) Sadly, the Hollywood of today rarely casts older women, and Barbara is largely confined to voice-over work, most recently on the PBS show "Dinosaurs". But Barbara herself is anything BUT a dinosaur. In fact......BARBARA FELDON IS A DIVA NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN!!!
