Taffy Apple Dip

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese softened,
3/4 cups brown sugar 
1 tbsp. vanilla 

Blend well and put in a pretty dish surrounded by
different colored apple slices.
Can top the dip with chopped peanuts but better double recipe; it goes fast!
