Raisin Bread Pudding 


6 c. day old bread, cubed
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
8 eggs
4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix bread, butter, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Beat remaining ingredients 
and pour over bread mixture. Pour into rectangular cake pan and set in pan of water. 
Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Creamy Pudding Sauce

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. coffee cream
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients and heat to melt sugar, but do not boil. Pour
over bread pudding and serve.

You can also serve warm pudding with ice cream or whipped cream.
