Cornmeal Breading Mix
for Chicken or Fish
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. Accent
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered chicken
bouillon
2 tsp. white pepper
Mix all together and store in cool, dry place.
To use, dip or shake chicken or fish in all purpose flour, then dip in an
egg wash mixture;
next, toss items in this breading mix. Cook as desired.
This is not enough for 100 servings, increase as needed.
