1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 box cheese tortellini, cooked
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
2 ribs of celery chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 pkg. Good Seasons salad dressing, mixed accordingly but
use balsamic vinegar and good olive oil.
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 bunch fresh broccoli cut in florets,
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 24 hours.
