Dressing #1
1 c. salad dressing (or mayo)
1/4 c. oil
1/4 red wine
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic
Beat oil into salad dressing. Add remaining ingredi-
ents. Keep refrigerated.
Dressing #2
2 c. good oil
1 c. vinegar
3 tsp. minced onion
2/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. crushed red peppers
1 1/3 c. sugar
Stir until all is mixed good. This delicious salad dressing can be
doubled
easily and will keep well in the refrigerator.

Dressing #3
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 to 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
Mix together sugar, salt, dry mustard, onion and vinegar
until well blended. Gradually add salad oil, beating constant-
ly. Add 1/2 cup cider vinegar and celery seed. Beat until
thick. Makes one quart.

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Blend all ingredients. Shake before using. Delicious on fresh spinach
salad.
