Easy Stuffed Green Peppers

8 lb. cooked corned beef hash
6 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. chili sauce
16 large green peppers

Mix hash, onion and chili sauce. Cut peppers into
thirds. Remove seeds and hard membrane. Wash. Fill each
section with hash mixture. Place in a single layer in shallow
pan with 1/4-inch water in bottom. Bake in moderate 350 degrees oven
for 30 minutes.
  Makes 48 servings.
