My first Backstreet Boys concert

Hello peeps!
OK so if you read my main page, you would know already I went to the best concert of this year!
the "Into The Millennium Concert With The Backstreet Boys"

HOW I GOT SOLD OUT BACKSTREET TIX:
It was great! But I have to say...I was very lucky that I got to go!
See I tried to get tickets with Heather on August 14,1999. But as many of you guys know, the tickets were SOLD OUT!
So when we came back to my house, we were so SAD! I was like "No way!"
We couldn't even stay in my room because of all the posters of BSB I have up in my wall.
When Heather left my house, I started crying. I couldn't help it!
I wanted to go to the concert last year, but it was also SOLD OUT!
I waited a long time to see them in concert! 2 years to be exact! And one way or another, I knew I was going to there concert!
well, for the premiere of the Backstreet Boys Video Larger Than Life, i went to TRL to support them! so as i was outside holding up a backstreet boy poster, i met this girl who was from CA. I told her what had happen to me, and she told me...that i should go the day of the concert and wait outside because the arena usually gives away tickets the same day.
So when 9/26/99 came by, i went early in the morning to stand outside and see if Nassau was going to give away tix. Well, it was such a hassle for me to get there! First everyone was telling me "Don't go",
"forget about it", "There not worth it", your wasting your time", your not going to get any tickets", blah, blah, blah. But I kept saying "I am going to at least try! I may get or not get any tickets, But its worth trying!".
I asked my dad to take me to Nassau in Long Island and he got SUCH a HISSY FIT! He wasn't going to take me. So I called up my mom and she told me that she couldn't because she had work the next day. So I was stuck!
So then the next morning at 7 am I asked my Father if he can tell me how I can get there by Train. So he gave up, and he decided to take me. But then, he didn't really know how to get there so we went to my uncle house to ask for directions, and my uncle decided to take us (god bless his soul)!
Well when we got there, there was already 2 people in front of us. It was cool, we became friends. So we got there around 9 am in the morning. The security guard came out an told us that we would have to wait until some tickets were either release or if someone couldn't make it and had to cancel there tickets. So to make a long story short....lol (I know know) I waited there from 9 am in the morning till 5:15 pm in t he afternoon. I got the tickets...FLOOR SEATS! Through those 8 hours of waiting, I came along with a lot of crap! like "oh, sorry, we don't have any more tickets", "yes we do have tickets", "We only have 1000 tickets to give away","we only have 500 tickets", Sorry we have no tickets". Basically a lot of crap...but I kept my faith! I had a feeling they were lying! I just kept on praying that they would release tickets! And the good thing is that they did! I didn't lose faith! I prove all those people who said I wasn't going to get any tickets WRONG! I got them!

GOING TO THE CONCERT:
As soon as I bought the tickets I was screaming! I couldn't believe that I got tickets! I was crying! It was just sooo emotional for me! Heather came about 30 minutes later not knowing if I got tickets or not. So as soon as I saw my father's car driving up to the coliseum, I ran towards the car and Heather came out and I was like "WE GOT TICKETS" and she had a BIG SMILE ON HER FACE. But I was like "WAIT NOT ONLY DID I GET TIX, I GOT FLOOR SEAT!" We were sooo excited!!!!!!
The concert was Great! Awesome! wonderful! we were so close! The guys were GREAT!!!!!!! the songs were HOT! Heather and i and many more peeps hold hands and hugged (as total friends) in the perfect fan song cause we were all so happy!
All we did was scream in the whole concert! but one sad thing that happen....Heather's camera battery ran out :o(
but at least we got to go! and besides we did get some pix! the whole concert was awesome!

PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a picture of me, when i asked Heather to take my picture in front of the stage!

This is the view Heather and I had of the stage from our seats.

This is another picture we took at the concert.

Memorable Moments

*Of course, you all know this one, When they came into the concert flying over the audiance. That was so awesome! Then they say Larger then Life.

*For me was when they sang my favorite song "Don't Wanna Lose You Know". That song was soooo beautiful! They just went in to change to there second costumes, which was black leather. They sang that whole song up in that stage in the middle. It was soooo WONDERFUL!

*When they were flying once again. they were dressed in there black costumes. I remember seeing AJ and Nick so perfectly, they were throwing beanie babies at the audience. AJ was doing these flips on the air, that was MAD COOL! Nick didn't do any. I kept trying to look at Howie and Kevin....they were sooo cool, Howie and Kevin kept doing the flips in the air so many times! I didn't see Brian because he was all the way in the other side. But I am so sure he was doing the flips as well!

**And my BEST BEST memorable moment was towards the end of the concert I went all the way up to the front of the stage and i was behind this little short girl and I saw Howie jump to the floor and he went around the stage touching people's hands.
Then when AJ took a drink of his water and he started throwing the water into the auddience and the WATER, HIS WATER HIT ME!
AJ Mcleans water hit my Backstreet Hat, my fingers, and my shirt! OMG i was like sooooooooo speechless!! i couldn't resist, so i licked my hand so i can have AJ germs in me!
And then my last FAVE moment, after AJ threw his water to us fans, i saw Kevin, he was right in front of me! And so i made a peace sign with my fringers and i i gavce Kevin a peace sign, then. honest to god, Kevin looked right towards me and he held up his peace sign to me! I was so Happy!!!!**
