The Three Best Things About Candle Magick
Candle Magick is great for everything from love spells to a Samhain Ritual. Sometimes you may want to let the candle(s) burn all the way down but sometimes you want to save some of the candle to burn to give your spell a "boost" later. This is especially true in spells where the effect is not seen immediatly, such as love or money spells. A few spells I've done follow but if you use the right candle and maybe some herbs (if you want) you can make a spell for anything!
Love Spell:
IMPORTANT!!! NEVER EVER vizuale a specific person or persons while doing this! You will be messing with their life without their permisson and it'll result in getting you some very bad karma. Just remember the rule of three: What you send out comes back to you 3x over!!
This is more of a "I'm alone and wish to draw love to me" spell. This isn't to be focused on a specific person/people/etc. It's to draw whatever love may already exist in the world for you, to you. But be careful!
Need:
2 plain white candles (light before you start)
1 red one(unlit)
some insense for mood(jasmine is good...)
mortar&pestle or a bowl&your hands if using herbs
One or more of these herbs(three is a nice magickal #)
apple, basil, chamomile, cherry, cinnamon, fig, gardenia, lavender, peppermint,plumeria, rose, rosemary,strawberry, thyme
Cast a circle
Just stand/sit/lie there for a minute and visualize yourself happy and in love(not with anyone in particular) When you feel like you've done that enough, keep visualizing but light your red candle and let it burn. Mix/grind the herbs together and charge them as you are still visualizing yourself happy and in love. Another good thing to do also is think about the qualities you want in a lover/boy or girlfriend/spouse etc, like kind or musically inclined. After the herbs are mixed to your satisfaction just sprinkle them over the candle flame and as they spark concentrate on your wishes coming true. Meditate/visualize awhile longer if you like then put out your red candle and close the circle.
