ABOUT THE COFFEEKLATCH WEB RING
This web ring was created to be a "meeting place" and
information source for
families of young kids. It's for moms
and dads for whom "socializing" has become any conversation
with sentences over three words. It's for people longing
for a discussion that does not begin with "what do camels
eat?" or "are there bathrooms in heaven?" It's for executive
types who can cook spaghetti, referee a squabble over a
pile of legos, explain the meaning of God to a curious, eager
mind, and balance a toddler on the hip - all at once.
It's for parents doing everything possible to raise healthy,
happy kids, and keep their own sanity.
GUIDELINES:
This web ring will include
diverse sites providing information,
support, and networking to parents of young children,
especially families of
infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. All sites
in the ring must be supportive of families.

Parents' personal web pages are great! Part of the
purpose of the Coffeeklatch website is to touch base
with other families. Every proud, joyful, exhausted,
half-crazed parent, who takes great pride in
letting her toddler tell the world that he loves
Winnie-the-Pooh and creamed spinach, who is
eager to swap receipes for play clay, who
wants to share how he is home-schooling his child, reminds us
that we're not alone!
