Hello and Welcome to my Hometown Louisville Kentucky!!! Above is a picture of Downtown Louisville taken from across the river in Jeffersonville Indiana.... My city is soo beautiful at night as you can see for yourself...In my opinion my city is most famous for the Kentucky Derby... which happens every year on the first Saturday in May... sometimes this falls on my birthday since it is on May 2nd.....2 weeks before the Derby is to even happen we kick it off THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE there is no other way to write theses words except big.... because this is the biggest fireworks show in the world and last year we drawed a crowd over 3/4 million people .. and Lord knows how they all fit downtown..LOL below is a picture...

How Can I desrcibe THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE for you?? I have been right on the belverdere in front of it all.. behind me stood the Boom Box that provided the music for the fireworks...(oh forgot to tell you the fireworks are set off to music...oops)When it begins it sort of puts you into a trance you hear nothing but the music and see nothing but the Fireworks... and for the 30 minutes they go off... your like in such ahhh... and I could never express what I feel when I am standing there... So the best I can tell you is to experience it for yourself....You will truly LOVE it. Well one thing I can tell you its makes it better when you are with someone you Love..
