8 pieces chicken thighs
2 small onions
1 celery stalk
2 tbsp dried dill
1/2 pint unwhipped whipping cream
2 cloves garlic (or more if you like)
salt and pepper
Boil chicken in large pot with 1 tbsp of dill, celery and one onion cut into chunks.
Boil for 1 hour. Remove chicken and place in roaster or casserole dish. Cover with cream
spread onions and garlic over the top. Sprinkle with dill and bake in oven at
350F for 1 1/2 hours.
If you want you can use the boiled water and use it for homemade
soup, just add veggies and noodles and any left over chicken from above.
