Adrian Adonis. 
 

                                         HIS DEATH.
On the 04/07/1988 Keith "Adrian Adonis" Frank was in a van with wrestlers Pat Kelly, Mike Kelly and Dave McKigney, when driver Mike hit a patch of ice on the road and the van went off a cliff.
Frank [Adrian Adonis], Pat Kelly and McKigney were killed instantly and Mike sustained a severely injured leg.
