Chapter 15 Day by day passed, Sakura, Tomoyo, Xiao Mei, Syaoran, and Kero-chan were having a great time in Hong Kong. Then came the night before they left. “I had so much fun here Mei Li, Mei Ra, Mei Lu, Mei Wu, Mei La,?Sakura thanked. “It’s a pleasure to have you here,?Mei Li smiled. Meanwhile, Mei, Tomoyo, and Syaoran were packing up for Japan. “Syaoran, Mei, must you go back to Japan??the whole family asked. “Yes, I must. There is a new evil force, and I think Ella (Glori-ella/Shining Angelina) would need our help. Plus, I can’t leave Sakura again,?Syaoran said, blushing. “I have to go to. I’d stay, but, I have the same reason as Syaoran does, I need to fight against those monsters and help Angelina. Second of all, I love the snow bunny, just can’t leave him,?Mei said. She had a small sad look on her face. Kero-chan heard a funny sound and said, “Hey, you guys, I heard something funny. Could it be a monster?? “Let’s check it out,?Sakura said. What they found was tiny. It was a monster all right, but there were about twenty of them.[Unable to display image] “I think we’re suppose to squash them,?Mei said. “Then let’s start squashing,?Syaoran said. It was fun stomping them. When you step on them, they made a funny squeak, then a pop, and they are gone. Everybody had fun doing that. When they were all gone, a stone appeared. Sakura was about to pick it up when a strange wind was blowing. The stone was blown away to a tree. “Oh, that is just great. I’ll go get,? Mei said. She climbed up the tree, and tried to get the stone. Then everybody saw a bright yello light glowing from the tree. “EEEEK!!!?Mei cried. “Mei! What happened? Are you all right??Syaoran and Sakura yelled. Xiao Mei jumped of the branch of the tree, with nothing in her hand but a feather. “I’m all right. Angelina probably came by to pick up the stone. She left a feather for us as a souvenir,?Mei said. <I’m glad. I hope you complete your mission Angelina. You have been a great help. If it weren’t for you, all would’ve been lost> Sakura thought. Up in the sky, a dark figure was looking down at the group. It was a girl about the age of Mei. It was too dark to see who she really was, but she had long hair. “Thank you Sakura, for that encouragement. I know, with your help, I would complete the task that I have failed years ago.....? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- The day finally came, when Sakura and the others had to leave. Syaoran and Mei’s family bade them farewell. It was a long and tiring flight to Japan, but they hung on and still made it. When they arrived at the airport, Fujitaka, Touya, and Yukito was there to pick them up. “Toto!!!?Mei ran and pounced on Yuki, wrapping her arms around his neck. She gave him a “I”m Back!?kiss. Fujitaka, Sakura, and Tomoyo were laughing at the site (in Tomoyo’s case, she’s recording the moment). Meanwhile, Syaoran and Touya were having a Glaring of Death contest. “Okay, Touya, you can stop staring at MY kaijuu,?Mei said. “I’M NOT A KAIJUU!!!?Syaoran yelled. “You’re right, you’re not a kaijuu. You’re a Chinese kaijuu,?Mei laughed. Syaoran was trying to hurt Mei, but she got the better of him and kicked his butt once again. “Mei, I think you and I are going to be best friends,?Touya said. “So how is YOUR kaijuu??Mei asked. “I’m not a kaijuu!?Sakura shouted. “All right, enough with this. Let’s get back home. We have a welcome home banquet for you guys,?Fujitaka said. “Does HE have to come??Touya asked. “He’s coming whether you like it or not,?Sakura said sticking out her tongue.
