<Ohhhhh! I knew it, all the boys are staring at me> Mei was sooo
embarrassed. ¡§You have one pretty girlfriend snow bunny,¡¨ Touya
whispered.
Yukito didn¡¦t say anything. Just like the other guys, he stared at Mei.
¡§Oooo, look how Tsukisiro-kun is staring at you!¡¨
¡§Oh shut up, I¡¦m already having problems with other boys.¡¨
¡§Okay, class! Ladies, let¡¦s stop gossiping. Boys, let¡¦s stop staring at
Mei,¡¨ Sensai said. Xiao Mei was relieved that class started. Everybody
started to line up. All the boys tried to line up next to her. It was
annoying.
Right at the last minute, she stood next to Yuki. ¡§God, those boys are so
annoying,¡¨ Mei whispered to him.
¡§You look very nice in your swimsuit,¡¨ he said, blushing slightly.
¡§Thanks,¡¨ she whispered, blushing a lot more.
¡§Okay class, today will just be little tests. To see, where your levels
are. You can just sit and watch your classmates completing the test. I¡¦ll
call
you one by one. Please don¡¦t laugh or tease if your classmates mess-up. The
top three students of the test will compete with eachother,¡¨ Sensai
announced. Everybody was happy. The girls went to go chatting. The boys
were, well, you should know. To them, this was a chance to flirt with Mei.
¡§How are you, Mei-San (I know, I know, it¡¦s suppose to be last names, but
Li-san, doesn¡¦t sound right, so I¡¦m going with Mei.....again)?¡¨ a boy asked.
¡§I¡¦m fine.¡¨
¡§What¡¦s your favorite color?¡¨ another boy asked.
¡§Dark blue¡¨
¡§Shinkei, Mark! You¡¦re up!¡¨ Sensai cried. Mei couldn¡¦t wait for the
test. It would mean, she would be away from those boys. After a while,
everybody started watching the other students do their test. Touya did very
well, and so did Yukito. Mei admired them for their grace, and speed <I¡¦m
sure they are one of the top threes>. She was last to be called <That isn¡¦t
fair, I had to deal with the boys all period.> First test was how fast one
could
swim from one side of the pool to the other side four times. ¡§On your mark,
get set, GO!!!¡¨ Sensai cried. In curiosity, the whole class¡¦ attention were
on
Mei. ¡§She¡¦s fast!¡¨ Zhang Li said. The next test was diving. Mei was like a
contestant in the Olympics. ¡§She has style!¡¨ Sarah said. The last test was
to
see how long she could stay underwater. After a minute, she swam to the
surface, gasping for breath. ¡§Very good Mei-San. You¡¦re one of the tops!
Tsukisiro-kun, Kinomoto-kun, you too. Class these are the top three students
of the test,¡¨ Sensai announced. The class cheered.
¡§Now, why don¡¦t you guys rest up before your competition? I¡¦m sure
you¡¦re tired after doing the tests, take five guys.....and gals,¡¨ Sensai
said.
¡§That was some test huh?¡¨ Mei gasped.
¡§Yeah, I¡¦m gonna try to kick your butt on that competition,¡¨ Touya
laughed.
¡§Not unless I beat both of you first!¡¨ Yukito said. The competition
started. All three of them were really good, and Sensai couldn¡¦t decide which
one was better. ¡§Good Lord! I¡¦m sorry guys. I¡¦m going have to say it¡¦s a
tie. I can¡¦t decide. The three of you are really talented, so
congratulations,¡¨
Sensai said.
¡§Thank you!¡¨ Mei, Yukito, and Touya said.
¡§Mei, you were great!¡¨ all the girls said.
¡§Man, you guys are sooo lucky!¡¨ the other guys said.
¡§Why?¡¨ Touya and Yukito asked.
¡§Oh come on! Xiao Mei Li, the most popular girl in 12th grade always
hangs out with you guys. Now you guys went swimming together!¡¨
¡§It was a competition!¡¨
¡§Oh well, you guys are still lucky¡¨
¡§What can I say? Mei and I were childhood friends,¡¨ Yukito said.
¡§WHAT??!!¡¨
¡§Hey, we haven¡¦t seen eachother for a long time¡¨
¡§You like her don¡¦t you?¡¨ another guy asked.
¡§No, I don¡¦t.....I love her,¡¨ Yukito said.
¡§Hey Mei! Tsukisiro-kun loves you!¡¨ the other guys shouted. Mei
was toweling herself. She turned around, smiling. ¡§I know, and I love him
too. That¡¦s why we¡¦ve been going out since the second semester.¡¨ SHOCK
TO THE WHOLE CLASS!!!!!!!!! Gossip was brewing up. Ever since that
day, all the girls were chattering away, and the boys were sooooo jealous of
Yuki. ¡§I guess we don¡¦t have to hide our relationship any more, eh?¡¨ Mei
giggled. She hugged him.
It was lunch, Tomoyo, Sakura, and Syaoran were having their meals
together. ¡§Did Mei make you that lunch?¡¨ Tomoyo asked.
¡§Yes,¡¨ Syaoran answered.
¡§It looks delicious,¡¨ Sakura said.
¡§Want some?¡¨ Syaoran offered.
¡§No thanks, it¡¦s your lunch. I don¡¦t want you starving. Besides, I have
my own,¡¨ Sakura said.
¡§Wassup guys?¡¨ Chiharu and Takashi greeted.
¡§Hi Chiharu! Hi Takashi,¡¨ the others greeted.
¡§Can we join you?¡¨ Chiharu asked.
¡§Sure!¡¨ Sakura chimed.
¡§Here, I made this lunch for you,¡¨ Chiharu gave it to Takashi.
¡§Thanks.......I hope I¡¦ll still be alive after this meal,¡¨ he said.
¡§Why you!¡¨ and she grabs him and chokes him.
¡§Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha!¡¨ sweatdrop on Tomoyo, Sakura, and Syaoran.
¡§That¡¦s one funny couple,¡¨ Sakura said. Then Syaoran took one of his
dim sums and shoved it in Sakura¡¦s mouth. ¡§Eat, we only have five minutes
of lunch left,¡¨ he said.
¡§All right.....your sister really knows how to cook. That was
delicious,¡¨ Sakura said.
¡§Don¡¦t ask for more, ¡¥cause that was the last one,¡¨ he said.
¡§And to say thanks, I¡¦m gonna give you this!¡¨ Sakura said. She took
one of her sushi and tried to put it in Syaoran¡¦s mouth. He was too quick and
blocked his mouth. ¡§Wait a minute Sakura. There is no telling if I might
still
survive through the day without a stomach ach when I eat that sushi of
yours,¡¨ Syaoran said.
¡§You asked for it!¡¨ Sakura yelled. She forced the sushi into his mouth.
¡§Tomoyo! Stop recording and save a helpless student¡¦s life from a
kaijuu that¡¦s forcing poison in his mouth!¡¨ he yelled. Sakura only stuffed
more sushi in his mouth. ¡§Fanksh for zhe zhushis, but don¡¦zh zhu zhink zat
zhu didn¡¦zh eazh azh all?¡¨ Syaoran said with mouthfuls of sushis.
¡§Hoooeeee!¡¨ Sakura cried.
¡§Why don¡¦t you come over to my place tonight? I¡¦ll cook you a meal,¡¨
Syoaran offered.
¡§Thank you...¡¨ All through the day, the class was interrupted by
Sakura¡¦s stomach. ¡§Kinomoto-san, didn¡¦t you eat lunch?¡¨ Sensai asked.
¡§Well, it¡¦s a long story, and I¡¦m sorry for disrupting the class,¡¨ she
apologized. At the end of the day, she fell on the floor when she got home.
¡§Food.....I need food........¡¨ Sakura moaned. She was glad Touya wasn¡¦t
home, or he¡¦d asked what happened. She barely had enough energy to get a
snack. At least it stalled her stomach when she found out that there was no
more food left. ¡§NOOO!!!¡¨ Sakura cried, ¡§What am I gonna do? I¡¦ll
probably eat like a horse, and Syaoran would think that I¡¦m a pig!¡¨ Later,
Touya came home. It was about time to leave the house. ¡§Just where do you
think you¡¦re going kaijuu?¡¨
¡§I¡¦m NOT A KAIJUU!!! I¡¦M NOT IN A GOOD MOOD!!! DON¡¦T
YOU DARE ANNOY ME TODAY!!! I¡¦M GOING TO SYAORAN¡¦S
HOUSE TO EAT DINNER....ONE WORD, AND YOU ARE IN FOR IT!
ONNICHAN OR NOT!!!¡¨ Sakura was fuming, she interrupted class, starved
for the day, and her onnichan is teasing her? This was all she could take.
Touya knew, that he shouldn¡¦t say anything. By the looks of her eyes, she
really meant it. On the way out, Sakura slammed the door.
