Author's note-Yay! I'm finally back! Sorry about that, I had loads of
homework! And I'm really sorry, but I made a mistake, they're now in 10th
grade! Soooooooo sorry!

Chapter 2

"What?" Everybody (excluding the 2 newcomers) gaped.

The girl sighed. "Maybe we should discuss this somewhere else." She glanced
pointedly at the surrounding houses. "Do you have a place we can stay for
the night?"

"I guess you can stay at my place." Li muttered. "Come on." So the group
trudged to Li's apartment. When they got there he said, "Sit. Explain." So
with the girl looking very annoyed, they sat. She opened her mouth to speak,
but the boy butted in.

"As Shiara said, I am Ray Naru and she's Shiara Hino. We are cardcaptors of
the future."

"We still don't understand," Li said flatly.

Ray sighed. "In the future, you, Sakura are the card mistress. You, Li, are
sort of the card master because of your knowledge of the cards and your part
in the capturing of the cards. We were appointed by your future selves to
come back to the past to capture the Sakura cards."

"Wait a minute." Kero interrupted. "Sakura already captured the cards and
now they're in the Clow Book!"

Ray looked at Shiara. She turned red. "How was I supposed to know that the
card mistress kept the book in the library?"

"Oh no," Sakura groaned. "You mean after all that work, they got loose
again?" Ray nodded. "Wait! How did they come backt to the past?"

"We don't know," Shiara shrugged. "The Time Card did something weird and
transported all the cards to the past. So we had to come back here to get
them."

"All right!" Madison cheered. "More people to videotape!" ~sweatdrops~

"So we'll be here for a pretty long while," Shiara continued. "As long as it
takes to capture all of them again."

"You mean you have to stay at my apartment all that time?!" Li asked,
plainly horrified.

"Of course not!" Shiara snapped. We're moving to an apartment in this
building."

"You two are living together?" Sakura asked.

"Hey, don't forget, you two were the ones who told us to do this."

Just then the phone rang. Li snatched it up. "Hello?"

He had to hold it away from his ear. "HEY YOU! WHERE IS SAKURA?" Sakura,
Li, Madison, and Kero sweatdropped. It was Tory.

"I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!!!" Li shouted back. "WHY DON'T YOU TRY, IN HER
BED!!??"

"IF SHE'S WITH YOU, I'LL BREAK EVERY BONE IN YOUR BODY!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Oooooooo I'm scared." Li said sarcastically. He hung up. "Sakura, you
better get out of here, before he comes out after my blood. You too,
Madison."

Sakura nodded. "Ok, bye Li!" She headed out the door, Madison followed her,
with Kero floating behind her.

"Well we better get to bed, I'll show you guys your rooms." After he lead
them to their rooms, he sank into his bed gratefully. "Gee, what a hectic
day. It's a good thing today's Friday. I have a feeling I'll be busy
tomorrow." With that, Li fell asleep.

Well what do you think? I know it's longer. It's a little dumb, but this is
at the boring part. So it'll get better next chapter, k? Please tell me
