"First… then that…" "Good idea! I'll get okachan! You get otouchan!" Tsunni said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ <Syaoran ga baka…> Sakura lay on bed as she cried silently, she worried all night last night… and he came back without even telling her anything about it…and went reading… why? Sakura glared at the wedding ring and threw it to the floor, it rolled and went out of sight for Sakura. "… Okachan, what are you doing? You promised us to take us to the theme park! Let's go!" "You go with otouchan! … Wow! Tsunni! What are you doing?" With out a reply, Tsunni dragged Sakura out of the room. Sakura turned her face away when she saw Syaoran, Syaoran turned away as well. "Come on! Let's go!" Ranoko whined. "You go first, I'll follow." ---------------------------------- Tsunni and Ranoko tried every thing that they can possibly think of to let Sakura and Syaoran make up. But nothing works… Ranoko's ice cream is melting, but she didn't want to eat one bit. "We tried everything…" "The theme park is going to close soon… do we have any ideas at all?" "Ranoko! Tsunni! What else do you want to go on? If not, let's go home!" "Matte… not yet! I mean…no, just a bit longer!" "What else? You've been on them all!" Just as Tsunni ran out of reasons, Ranoko pulled his shirt, and pointed to the Ferris wheel. "Let's go on that!" Tsunni yelled. Tsunni and Ranoko pushed Sakura and Syaoran towards the Ferris wheel. "I and Imotochan will go in one cabin!" Tsunni pulled Ranoko into one of the little cabins. "Ah! Miss! Only two people are allowed in one cabin!" Said the guy that operates the Ferris wheel. He pushed Syaoran and Sakura into the next cabin and locked the door. "Aiyaya!" Sakura knocked hard on the door. But the Ferris wheel is starting to turn. "Oh… baka…" Sakura glared at Syaoran, pretend that she didn't see him. Tsunni and Ranoko looked at the cabin with Sakura and Syaoran on it, when that cabin is at the highest point, Tsunni made a spell and the machine of the Ferris wheel was broken. Sakura felt a shudder and then the whole thing stopped. She looked outside, far below; someone was waving a sign. 'The Ferris wheel broke, please wait!" "Nani?" Sakura sat down in frustration. "Sakura… I felt…" Syaoran tried to talk to her, but failed when she ignored him. A few hours passed, it was midnight, and it's freezing. Sakura shivered because she didn't bring a coat with her. Syaoran couldn't take it anymore, he went and put his own jacket on Sakura and pulled her close. "Why didn't you bring a coat?" Sakura hung her head, she still hasn't forgiven Syaoran. "Sakura… actually… I went last night…" Syaoran took a beautiful hair clip, and handed it to Sakura. "Hoee?" "Otake-san wore one to school the other day… You look like that you really liked it, so I went and found one for you. It is more beautiful than Otake-san's. Do you like it?" "Syaoran… is that why you were late last night?" Sakura stared at the clip, tears began to gather in her eyes. She hugged Syaoran and cried in his arms, that gave Syaoran a fright. "What is it? Don't you like it?" Sakura didn't answer him, she just cried. She remembered what she did this morning… she was sorry. "Gomene… Gomennasai!" (Sorry, I'm sorry) She sobbed as she apologized to Syaoran, which gave him a shock. "Daijoubu…daijoubu."(It's all right) Syaoran picked her up gently and soothed her. "As long as you like it. Don't cry… take a look outside." Sakura slowly rose her head and saw all the stars outside. "Hoshi… kireine…"(Stars…so beautiful) Syaoran whispered. "Hai…" She looked at her clip… nothing could compare with the shine. She rose her head again, and saw Syaoran in the eye. In there, she saw gentleness, love and a little fear… ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Middle of the nigh… Syaoran stood on the verandah gazing at the moon, his sadness is seen on his face. "Syaoran… daijoubu desu ka (Are you alright)? What are you doing out there at this hour?" Sakura looked at Syaoran, puzzled. "What's wrong? Why didn't you go to sleep?" She approached in worry, Syaoran walked into the bedroom. "Daijoubu desu, oyasumi." He dodged Sakura's sight. "Hoe?" -- Next day -- "Oh! Please! He got up in the middle of the night to look at the moon? Wahaha!" Kero was rolling with laughter. "Kero! I was worried about Syaoran!" Sakura glared at the furry animal. Kero lives at Tomoyo's house now, he haven't talked to Sakura for ages, now she told him something, the consequence was being laughed at. Sakura grabbed her bag in fury. "I'm going…" "Sakura-Chan! I was just wondering, if he had something that he couldn't spit out in front of you!" "I don't know… I asked him… but he said no." "Well…" Kero was about to say some more, a familiar voice was heard. "Are you sure?" "Is Tomoyo-Chan!" Sakura got a fright. Kero was as shocked as her. Why is Tomoyo at Tomoeda elementary? She and Kero came because no one would see them. Kero told her that Tomoyo is going to stay at home. Sakura followed the voice, in the thick bush, Sakura saw Tomoyo speaking to a person in blue clothes… Syaoran! "That person said that if I accept… I'll have to go the day after tomorrow… If I don't turn up that day… He'll think I gave up." "Would you go?" "Go and stay in the US and can have a whole cost for education… that's a rare chance." "But you can't leave Sakura behind?" Tomoyo looked at Syaoran she knew the reasons. "If I really went… I don't know when would I come back… I know if I ask her, she'll say yes…" Syaoran sighed and continued, "If I leave again, I knew that she'll cry like last time I did leave. I don't want her to cry!" A rustling was heard… and a voice said, "What are you talking about? I won't cry!" A white figure appeared, and Syaoran turned around in time to see Sakura appear. --------------------------------------------------------------- What would Sakura say? What's Syaoran's choice?
