Hi!!!! Sorry for the delay of this chapter. I've decided to
do an epilogue so this might be the last chapter, besides the
epilogue. Nah, this will be the second to last chapter. I want
to say that I am very sorry for a mistake I made in chapter 4.
I accidentally put "the Clow Book" instead of "the
Sakura Book". After all, Sakura has changed the Clow Cards
into Sakura Cards. Once again, I am very sorry (that's the third
time I've said sorry). Well, not much else to say, except "THANK
YOU FOR READING THIS!!!!!!", so here's chapter 4. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(New
tradition) I'm still a little hyper. "Where's all your stuff, Sakura?" Li asked. Both were now in Li's youngest sister's bedroom, which Sakura had picked to stay in. "Stuff?" Sakura said, confused. "You know, bags?" "Oh. My bag's in my pocket with the cards." "Let me guess. You used the Small Card, right?" "Sure did." Well, aren't you gonna un-pack?" "Of course......Um, Li?" Sakura said as Li started to walk out of the room. "Yeah?" he said, turning around. "Does your mom know I'm the Clow Mistress?"( I know, I'm evil ^_^) "I think so. Why?" "I didn't want to give her a heart-attack when I use my powers." "Oh. Well, see ya later." Li said, walking into the hall. 'There goes another chance to tell him.' Sakura thought as she took off the key. "Key of Star, Power of Magic, Power of Light, "Li, can you get that?" Mrs. Showran called from somewhere in the house. "Sure." Li replied before picking up the phone. "Showran Residence." "Hey! How are ya, Li?" someone said on the other end. "Um...fine. Who is this?" Li demanded, obviously confused. "This is Miss Madison Taylor calling to speak with Sakura Avalon." Madison said, trying to mimic Li's tone when he picked up the phone. "Ha, ha. How d'ya know it was me?" "You're the only male in the family. You told me." "Oh. Sakura should be done unpacking by now......" "She is unpacking at your house!? Why?" "She's going to stay in one of my sister's old rooms." "Oooooh. I see a window of opportunity." "WHAT!?!?" Li shouted as his face turned completely red. "Just kidding." Madison laughed. "Li, what's wrong?" Li's mother asked. "Nothing mother!" He called back. "I'll get Sakura." He told Madison. "Sakura!" Li yelled. "Yeah?" Sakura yelled back. "Phone!" Li yelled again. "Okay!" Sakura yelled as she picked up the phone in her room. "Hello?" She asked. "Hey, Sakura! It's me, Madison. I was just calling to make sure you got there." "Oh, hi!" "So you're staying at Li's, huh?" "WHAT!?!?!?" Sakura heard Kero yell. "Calm down, Kero." Madison's soothing soon came after the outburst. "Yes, I'm staying at Li's." Sakura answered Madison's question. "And," she continued, "I know you have nothing to worry about, Kero." "Are you sure?" "Positive." "Okay, but if that brat lays one finger on you and I found out-" "Kero." Said an irritated Sakura. "Oh, fine. I won't hurt him." "Good........Well I still have some packing to do and I need to ask Li-" "Gotcha. I'll call again tomorrow." Madison said. "Uh......thanks. Bye!" "Bye!" And with that, Sakura hung up. "Yes?" He called back from his room, which was across the hall. ( ^_^ ) Their doors were closed, as they laid in their beds, but the walls were so thin they could still hear each other. "Can you show me around Hong-Kong tomorrow?" "As soon as I'm done training and we've eaten breakfast." "Yay! Thank you." Sakura shouted, not too loud, with joy. "Your welcome." Li smiled to himself, noting how adorable she was. "Li?" Sakura asked again. "Yes?" "Do your sisters still live in Hong-Kong?" "Yes." "Can we visit them?" "Why?" "I want to meet them." "Of course." "We can?" "Yes." Li heard another squeal of delight come from Sakura's room. He chuckled to himself. 'She is just too cute!' He thought before yelling to her,
not literally. She did the same thing back to him and both fell
asleep, dreaming of the other person. 'Of course, she didn't have to train this morning.' Li thought to himself, still resting. "So, all that's left is.......visiting your sisters." Sakura confirmed with a smile. "Yep. I can't wait." Li replied sarcastically. "We don't have to, if you don't want to." Sakura said seriously, her smile gone. Li smiled. 'She always thinks of others before herself.' He wanted to make her smile to come back and he knew exactly how to do it. "No, it's okay. I just need to rest a little longer." He assured her. "Alright." Sakura smiled again as she sat next to him. Ten minutes later, they were on their way to Li's oldest sister's house. "Here we are." Li announced when they reached their destination. He rang the doorbell. Soon the door opened to reveal a beautiful young woman with features that resembled her mother. "Li! What a surprise to see you!" the woman greeted her little brother as she hugged him, clearly not noticing Sakura standing behind him. "Sis, this is Sakura Avalon, from Japan." Li introduced her after he and his sister parted. "Oh! I'm sorry. It's nice to meet you. Please come in." She said as she led them into her house, which was almost to dark to see in. Sakura and Li soon found out why. "SURPRISE!!!!!!" All of a sudden, four more women and four men popped out from behind various different pieces of furniture. "Huh?" Sakura and Li said in unison. "We decided to throw a 'SURPRISE!!!!!!' party for you two." A different sister explained. "Why?" Li asked them. "It's a 'Welcome to Hong-Kong' party for your friend and a late 'Welcome Back Home Again' party for you." Li's mother explained. "Oh." ~Pause~ "Thanks, I think." "Is something burning?" Sakura asked as the smell of burnt food slowly filled the air. "Oh no! The cake!" Mrs. Showran panicked, running into the kitchen. Everyone waited patiently to find out if the cake was okay. "I'll have to bake a new one." Mrs. Showran told them sadly. "Let's play a game while we wait!" a sister, who's name was Kathryn, shouted. "Good idea!" replied Amy, the oldest. "How about Monopoly?" asked the youngest of Li's sisters, who was Megan. "No, that's too long. I know! Let's play 'Spin the Bottle'!" suggested Christy who was a little older than Megan. She winked at her sisters, unnoticed by the two fifteen year-olds. The girls caught on quickly. " 'Spin the Bottle' at a 'Welcome' party?" questioned Sakura. "Let's give it a try." persuaded Kathryn. "No way!" Li had caught on to their plan. "Please!!" the four sisters pleaded. "Oh, come on Li. It can't be that bad." Sakura said, oblivious to the real reason for playing the game. "No." Li simply replied. It was easy for him to ignore his sisters' puppy-dog faces. "Please, Li." Oh no. Sakura had joined them. This face, Li couldn't ignore. "Oh alright." He finally agreed. "Yay!" the girls shouted gleefully. "Okay, here are the rules," Christy started, "You have to kiss the other person on the lips unless-you are related by blood, you or the other person is married to someone else, or both of you are of the same gender. Only in those cases can you kiss the other person on the cheek. If you land on your spouse, it's your choice." "Now, does everyone know how to play?" Megan asked. "Yes." Everyone replied. Li knew Christy could have just said, 'Everyone can kiss each other on the cheek unless it's Li with Sakura or Sakura with Li.' It would have been much easier. He gave all his sisters his famous death glare. They each turned a little pale, but recovered quickly. "Who goes first?" Sakura asked, breaking the silence. "I say the youngest." Amy suggested. "Me too." Kathryn agreed. "Me three!" Megan chimed in. "Here ya go, Li." Christy said as she handed him a plastic soda bottle with a tiny smile. She whispered something to Kathryn that sounded like, "Don't use your magic.....yet." Kathryn shook her head in a 'Yes'. "Wait, can guys just shake hands?" Kevin asked. "Of course they can, honey." Amy replied to her husband. The guys sighed in relief. Li spun the bottle with so much force, it almost flew across the room. The end flew counter-clockwise past Sakura, Megan, Scott, Amy, Kevin, Christy, Mike, Kathryn, John, Li, and around about twenty more times. It started slowing down on its twenty-first round and was close to stopping at Li. It looked like it was going to land on Sakura. All the girls, including Sakura, had a look of hope on their faces. Li, too, wanted it to land on her, but he showed no emotion. Slower and slower and slower and slower the bottle went until it finally stopped at.........Megan. "Aww........." Li's sisters wined at the fact it hadn't stopped at the Card Mistress. "Ok, Li. Give me a kiss." Megan ordered, still disappointed. Li gave her a small, and I mean small, peck on her cheek. "Who's next?" He asked, already knowing the answer. "Sakura!" Everyone yelled except Li and Sakura. His brother-in-laws had just gotten what was going on and were in on it as well. Sakura didn't land on Li, but Kathryn instead. This brought more disappointment to the group. Megan landed on Scott, her husband and he landed on her. Christy did the same with her husband, Mike. The same went for Kathryn and John. As well as Amy with Kevin. This all made perfect sense to Li. He knew Kathryn was now using her magic, which happened to be moving things with her mind. He also knew who he was going to land on as he spun the bottle once again. As for Sakura, she had figured it all out too, once she thought about it, and was hoping Li didn't think that she was trying to get him to kiss her. She was also debating whether to give Li a long, passionate kiss, which he might hate, or a short, starter kiss(I didn't know what to put there.), which she didn't want to do because she loved him. It was a pretty hard choice. The bottle landed on Sakura after almost landing on Christy, who was sitting on the other side of their circle ^_^. Everyone smiled except for the obvious; Li, who hardly ever smiled and was too mad at his sisters for forcing them to do this and Sakura, who was still trying to figure out what kind of kiss to give Li. 'Go for the long, passionate one.' Someone said in Sakura's mind. 'W-Who are y-you?" Sakura managed to say, or think. 'It's me, Megan. I'm telepathic(I think that's what it's called.)' Megan replied. 'Oh.' Sakura sighed in relief. 'Are you sure about the long, passionate one?' She continued. 'Definitely. I know Li will love it.' Megan assured her as she winked in her direction. Sakura smiled knowing her decision was made. She stood up. Li did the same, but before she could do anything he spoke. "I'll kiss Sakura on one condition. That we be alone in the back-yard with complete privacy." "But-," Christy started to protest, but hushed when Li glared at her. "Fine." She reluctantly agreed. Li led his beloved to the back-yard as he showed a very tiny smile of triumph. When they got there, Li stopped and looked at Sakura. "Sakura, before we kiss, I want to tell you something." "Sure, Li." Sakura replied. "I just want you to know this before I miss another chance and I hope this doesn't ruin our friendship." "Go ahead." Sakura encouraged. "Sakura,......I-I-I......" "You what?" Sakura asked, a little concerned. "I.....," he sighed, "I love you." End of Chapter 4 P.S. If you haven't read my poem, Stay With Me, please do.
