Emmie: And today with us, it is the adorable handsome brave powerful
Kero-Chan!!!!!!
Kero: Hi everyone! * smile *
Emmie: so how is the guardian beast of the seal today?
Kero: Oh I am just great!!!! Sakura-chan just bought me another video game.
And her dad is gonna make CAKE tonight!! AHH!!
Emmie: uh…ok…that's very nice…can I go over tonight? I bet I can beat u at
that new video game!
Kero: YOU?! * laughs * NO WAY! I AM DA GREATEST CHAMPION OF VIDEO
GAMES!!!!!!!!
Emmie: * fire in eyes * OH REALLY,,, WELL LETS GO TO OVER TO Sakura-chan's
bedroom RIGHT NOW!!!! I challenge you!
Kero: OH YEA?! WELL I ACCEPT YOUR CHALLENGE!

Chapter 5
Chapter Name: WE ARE BACK!

Syaoran stepped of the plane. He was back in Japan. It feels so right. Like
his real home is here. He smiled as he looked out the airport's window. <So
familiar…its as if I never left.> Syaoran went to reclaim his suitcase. He
brought the bookbag with him onto the plane.

As he was outside waiting for a taxi. He saw that many taxi's were full. <OH!
A empty taxi.> Syaoran waved his hand but he was too late. A boy with blue
hair and glasses got to the taxi first. The boy turned around. And he smiled
a slow calm smile. "I am sorry, that was your taxi wasn't it?" he said.

Syaoran stared at the familiar looking face…"Er-Eriol-kun?!" he stuttered.
Then he narrowed his eyes "What are YOU doing here, Hiiragizawa-kun?" Eriol
smiled again calmly. "The same reason why you are here, Syaoran-kun".

Syaoran gave Eriol his death glare and held his head high. Eriol said
"Syaoran-kun, since we are heading towards the same town, why don't we share
a taxi?" Syaoran stared at the taxi a little. <Well, I don't want to…but…>
he looked around, all the taxis are full <but…I have to get to
Sakura-chan…oh I have to go…>

Syaoran looked Eriol straight in the eye and said "Arigato, Hiiragizawa-kun."
Eriol smiled and said "Just call me Eriol, Syaoran-kun."Both of them put
their luggage into the trunk and sat in the backseat. Syaoran faced out the
left window. "Where do you want to go?" asked the driver kindly, seeing two
young boys traveling alone. He had no idea that these two boys are much more
mature and independent than they seem.

Syaoran told the man the destination and returned his gaze to outside the
window. Eriol was deep in thought. Then he asked Syaoran "Where are you going
to live?"

Syaoran replied "Same place as last time. Mother kept the place in case
someone in our family has to go back to Japan." Eriol nodded and looked
distracted. The reason? Well lets just say a very uncomfortable Spinel was
gasping for air inside Eriol's backpack. ^_^'''

Eriol opened the zipper of the bookbag just about half a inch. If you listen
carefully you would have heard a grateful guardian drinking the air in.

Syaoran was the only person who heard besides Eriol. His head snapped around
and he stared at the bookbag on Eriol's lap. Then he looked at Eriol. Eriol
smiled as usual.

Soon, they stopped in front of Syaoran's place, to drop Syaoran off first.
Syaoran pulled his suitcase out of the trunk and he started to pay the
driver. Eriol stopped him and said "Its on me." Syaoran stared at Eriol. Then
he said "I can pay for myself thank you very much." Then he gave the driver
his share of money.

Eriol shook his head and smiled. <That boy is as stubborn and independent as
last time. He hasn't changed at all. Hehe, he is in for a surprise…>
Eriol pulled out his share of the money and also paid the driver.

Then he stepped out of the car. And pulled his suitcase out of the trunk.
"Waa…?" said Syaoran as he watched Eriol. Eriol shut the trunk. "I live in
the house right next to yours." Syaoran's mouth dropped and hit the floor.

The driver drove off. "Well, see you tomorrow in school Syaoran-kun." All
Syaoran could muster was "Uh…yea." Then Eriol went into his house. Syaoran
stood there, then shook himself. He picked up his suitcase and swung the
backpack over his shoulder and took out the house keys. Then he went into the
house.

At Sakura's house. 5pm.

Sakura was watching Kero play his new video game as she did her homework.
Suddenly she felt weird. She sensed a strong aura around. Kero stopped
playing and looked at Sakura in wonder.

Sakura was thinking <no…could it be? This aura…so familiar…no it couldn't
be, I just talked to him last night…my mind must be playing tricks on me.>
Then she continued with her hw.

Next Morning…

Knock. Knock.
Syaoran was putting on his shoes when the front door was knocked. Syaoran
knew it must be that Eriol. Who else would bother him now?
Syaoran opened the door. Eriol was there, in the school uniform smiling at
him. "Ohayo gozaimazu, Syaoran-kun. Let's go to school together. We are both
the new exchange students after all."

Syaoran looked at Eriol. "Yea, ok" he muttered. On the way to school, a block
away from school, a blur rushed past them, muttering "DON'T RING!!!!" Syaoran
and Eriol were so surprised as they watched the skating rushing figure. Both
of them had a sweatdrop on their head.

Eriol broke the silence. "uh…I guess that was Sakura-chan…never thought
we'll meet her that way…" Syaoran was still staring after the retreating
figure and kind of blushed. Eriol saw and smiled. Then they continued to walk
to school.

Turns out Sakura wasn't late. In fact, she was early 30 minutes. Kero had
played a trick on her and turned her watch and clock fast 30 minutes. So
Tomoyo and her decided to go sit and relax under a tree. The grass was so
soft there. Little did they know, Eriol and Syaoran were standing on the
branches of a nearby tree. Actually, Eriol was sitting on one branch and
Syaoran was standing on another branch, with his back leaning against the
trunk. They were watching the two girls talk.

"Hey Rock!, you see that girl Sakura Kinomoto?" said a boy. He had black hair
with gold highlights and brown eyes. The guy named Rock had light wheat hair
and crystal blue eyes.

Rock said "Yea, that 6th grade babe, what about her, John?"

"I am gonna ask her out. If she refuses I am gonna try to kiss her." Said
John.

"Cool. I will get her filthy rich pretty little friend, what's her name,
Tomoyo?" said Rock with a nasty glint in his eyes.

"Yea, said John.

Sakura sat on the grass, leaning against the trunk, legs stretched out.
Tomoyo sat beside her, sitting in a similar fashion. Suddenly two boys
appeared out of nowhere and was heading toward them. "Hey, Sakura-chan,
aren't those two boys those jerks in the other 6th grade class?" asked a very
worried Tomoyo.

Sakura eyed the boys warily and said "Yea, its John and his sidekick Rock.
Wonder what they want…" The boys stopped right in front of Tomoyo and Sakura.

Both girls stood up. "Good morning John, Rock." Said Sakura and Tomoyo
politely. The boys didn't know that a very jealous Syaoran was glaring at
them from another tree.

John said "Hey, Sakura, I like you a lot, go out with me?" Sakura looked at
him with a tight smile and said "No thanks," John looked annoyed and so did
Rock when he got the same answer from Tomoyo.

Syaoran and Eriol couldn't hear what they were talking about but they still
didn't like the feeling the two strange boys gave off. That feeling of
jealousy was normal for Syaoran as we ALL know, hehe,

But Eriol was very surprised at the weird feeling he was feeling. <This
feeling…this is what they call…jealousy?>

Syaoran looked closely at the black haired guy<…Hmm…that guy looks familiar…>

John kept trying to change Sakura's mind and so did Rock to Tomoyo. "Come on
babe, it'll be fun together…and I am a great kisser…" said John. Sakura's
face filled with utter disgust and said "NO."

Rock said "Oh, hell with the politeness." And Rock tried to put his arms
around Tomoyo. Tomoyo tried to pull away. John agreed and pushed Sakura
against the tree trunk and tried to kiss her. Sakura screamed and tried to
wriggled away.

Syaoran was growing angrier by the second. <I remember now! He is my fighting
teacher's nephew!>

He glanced at Eriol and was surprised to see the usually smiling face in a
scowl. Eriol's eyes were dangerously narrowed and his mouth was a straight
line. Then Eriol's eyes widened. "Tomoyo!" he said. Syaoran snapped his head
back around and saw the wheat haired guy trying to hug Tomoyo and Sakura
being pushed against the tree by the black haired guy. That snapped his
nerves. "ELEMENT! FIRE!" said a very pissed off Syaoran as he pulled out
odufa and his sword.

"ELEMENT! FIRE!" said an equally pissed off voice next to Syaoran. Eriol
pulled out an odufa and also did a fire spell(without a sword). They heard
Sakura scream and they sent the fire towards the both offending boys.

"Aww, Come On! Sakura, let me kiss you, I promise it'll be really good!" said
John. Rock succeeded in putting his arms around Tomoyo and tried to kiss her
now. Tomoyo was scared and was thrashing around, trying to get loose. Sakura
tried to kick John's you-know-where but he had her trapped.

Suddenly John and Rock both let out a huge roar and let the girls go. Sakura
and Tomoyo ran to each other and were surprised to see that Rock's arm was on
fire and John's BUTT was on fire…(hahahaha!!!)

Sakura thought…<COULD IT POSSIBLY BE?!…>

Syaoran put his sword away and leaped out of the tree, followed by Eriol.
They ran towards the girls and threw themselves in front of them, and crossed
their arms. Both had a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY dangerous expression on their
face. Syaoran and Eriol remember hearing both girls gasp and say
"SYAORAN-KUN?! ERIOL-KUN!?".

But both boys are too angry to reply to the girls first. Fire was burning in
their eyes. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?!" roared both Eriol and Syaoran.
Rock and John looked scared for a minute but then put on a very cool face.
John walked up to Syaoran and Eriol and said "We were just getting some
chicks, none of you geeks business. Now get out of the way."

Eriol said in a VERY slow, teeth clenched, trying to keep his anger in
control voice "What…DID…YOU…JUST…TELL…US…TO…DO? SAY…IT…AGAIN…AND…"

Syaoran finished the sentence for him in a equally strained voice
"AND…YOU…WILL…REGRET…THAT…YOU…WERE…EVER…BORN!"

"OOOOOH I am ssooooooooo scared!" said Rock in a mocking voice. John said
"OH! I am soooooo frightend!" Little did they know they just snapped both
SyaoraLet's start." Was all Syaoran said. John rushed over and tried to
deliver a kick. <Uh-uh-uh! Too rushy…no wonder you are a failure…> thought
Syaoran as he stood his ground. At the last second, Syaoran leaped to the
side and showed John what a REAL kick was like. John was furious and tried to
punch Syaoran but Syaoran was too fast for him, John was just punching at
air.

Syaoran was playing around, then he thought <time to end this fight…gotta
talk to Sakura-chan! ~sigh~ I hate using my position in the Li Clan this
way…but…THIS GUY NEEDS A LESSON.>

So Syaoran waited for John to deliver a kick and Syaoran caught John's foot
in midair and tripped him. John landed on the ground and tried to get up but
Syaoran put a foot LIGHTLY on John's chest. VERY LIGHTLY. After all, Syaoran
only wanted to teach the guy a lesson, not beat him up.

Syaoran looked down at John and said "How dare you mess around with girls
here John Hsu! I demand of you to leave Japan TONIGHT! And if I ever hear of
you taking advantages of girls, you will get it BAD."

John looked angry and shouted "Who do you think you are to order me around
like that?"

Syaoran smiled calmly and said "I am Syaoran Li, the future leader of the Li
Clan, meaning YOUR future leader and I think your uncle who is my fighting
teacher will hear of you causing trouble here…"

John choked and almost fainted from fright. "S-S-Sya-Syao-SYAORAN LI! I-I- I
am so sorry, I WILL GO BACK TO JAPAN TONIGHT I PROMISE, AND I WON'T EVER
BOTHER ANYMORE BABES, I MEAN GIRLS EVER AGAIN!! Please except my apologies
future leader…"

Syaoran sighed warily…"I didn't want to use my position like this…" he took
his foot off John's chest and helped him up. "And don't shake like that, I am
not gonna kill you. AND don't call me future leader, people are going to
think you're crazy."

"Ok…" said John shakily. Syaoran heard Eriol clear his throat behind him.
Syaoran turned around. Eriol was narrowing his eyes at Rock. <So, Eriol-kun
has feelings for Tomoyo-chan, huh…oh well let him have some fun.?> thought
Syaoran.

"Eriol-kun…" Syaoran said.
Eriol turned his attention back to Syaoran with this
what-is-it-can't-you-see-I-want-to-beat-someone-up-here expression on his
face. Syaoran kind of smiled at Eriol, amused.

Eriol walked up to Rock and said "Are you still so brave now? Get out of
here, I don't want to fight you, and don't ever let me catch you anywhere
near Tomo-…I mean these two girls, you got that. Now BYE!" Rock looked like
he was gonna pee right in his pants and got up and ran away. John kind of
bowed to Syaoran and said "Uh…I will go back to Hong Kong tonight…" he said
sadly. He was going to be in really deep trouble if Syaoran really tells on
him.

Both Eriol and Syaoran felt sorry for him so Eriol said "John…I don't think
Syaoran-kun really wants you to leave, I think he is going to give you
another chance…" Syaoran said "Yea, I was just angry, stay, but don't let me
catch you near Sakura-chan." John was sooooooo thankful, he thanked both
Eriol and Syaoran and ran off to class.

<Syaoran-kun! He did come back! Oh and he saved me!! HE'S SO SWEET ALSO!!>
Sakura thought. Sakura went up behind Syaoran and covered his eyes. She
giggled "Guess who!" she said. Syaoran blushed for he recognized the voice
and said "Oh, Sakura-chan…"

Sakura took her hands off and Syaoran turned around. Sakura hugged him, and
Syaoran blushed even redder. "THANK YOU SO MUCH SYAORAN-KUN!"

"uh…you welcome Sakura-chan…I didn't really want you to see me use my
position in the Li clan like that…" Syaoran said sadly. Sakura smiled and
hugged him even harder, causing Syaoran to almost faint from blushing.

"KAWAII!!" exclaimed Tomoyo.
