Blah blah blah. You know what I said in the last chapter. And I also forgot that Card Captors also belongs to Kadansha. So don't sue me for that too! Ok? The Test-Chapter 4 ~At a cafe on school grounds~ "Do you feel something from Rose? It feels like something strong. It seems like she is related to the Clow Cards, yet the power doesn't a power Clow Reed created. It feels stronger than that", said Li. "Well, since you mention it, I did sense something from her", Sakura said, "Do ya' think she's evil? It doesn't seem like it. She's just so nice to be evil" They stayed silent for a couple of minutes. Then, Sakura broke off the silence. "Well, I have to get to class", said Sakura. She looked at her schedule. Off to music class I go, Sakura thought. Li thought he would take a trip to his family's house. That was one of the things he was happy about living in Hong Kong. Although he had been kicked out of his clan after he had failed to take the cards from Sakura, he knew he was still welcomed there. ~In Li, Sakura, and Rose's room~ "So. What's up with this test thing", said Kero. "I already told y-'' "I know I know, but what part do I have to play?" interrupted Kero. "I need you to keep an eye out when I give Sakura and Li their tests. I will put these on them", said Rose. Then, she turned to her bed and then, the bed cover lifted up and out came a medium-sized box. It wasn't an ordinary box though. It was antique-like. It was laced with a beautiful satin ribbon. The box floated into hands and then she took out a necklace. At the end there was something. It was in the shape of a heart. She opened it and there was a picture of a young boy- it was Aaron. She took out the picture and there was a very small key. She took it out and opened the box. When the box was open, there were numerous things in it. She took out the top thing. It was a robe that looked similar to the traditional Chinese robes Li had, except it was red. The second thing she took out were white papers- just like the things Li used when he called upon the four element gods (Okay, Okay. I am sorry about the inaccuracy, but they never mentioned what those element things were called in the U.S. version. You know when he says, "Now element, fire, or wind" or whatever). She took out something else. Then it started to glow and then it turned into a sword. By then, her eyes were watery and tears were about to stream down her cheeks. The last thing she took out of the box was a piece of cloth. Rose unwrapped it and there were three necklaces. One of them was a key just like Sakura's. The other two were identical. Rose put on the necklace that looked like Sakura's and then put the other two in her pocket. After 8 years, she kept all of these things kept in hiding because she couldn't bear the pain of seeing things because they reminded her of Aaron. And then she said, "I need you to keep people from waking up all three of us. I will use "Time" and freeze time when they are both in here. Once I get these necklaces on them, I will unfreeze time and put the necklaces together. Keroberos, I need you to guard over all three of us and so no one will wake us up". "And what happens if I don't?" asked Kero. "If you don't, I have to take their lives", said Rose. "What happens if they fail?" Kero asked. "If Sakura fails she will have to see Li die, if Li fails, then Sakura will die. One can either fail, or they can both succeed." There was a hush for a long time and then, reluctantly, Kero said "yes". "Have you taken the test?" asked Kero. "Yes, I have", said Rose. She told him what happened. ~Flashback (Only Rose is telling it to Kero)~ The monster's eyes glowed and then it started blasting beams of electricity at Aaron and Rose. They dodged every one of the beams. But then as Rose was getting up a beam was heading for her. She got hit on her hand. She winced in pain, and then Aaron ran over and helped her up. Another blast was headed for them. Aaron ran in front of her. She got up and tried to get in front of him but it was too late. The blast hit him. "Aaron no!!" said Rose, "I can't lose you." Then Aaron fainted. She took out a card. It read "The Heal" H-heal Card of evolution Then, she dropped to her knees. She was too weak. Then she fell to the floor and she saw the monster aiming another blast at Aaron. She got up and crawled over in pain to Aaron, but then the monster got to Aaron first. The next thing she knew, he lay there, not moving, not breathing He was dead. "No Aaron." Then, she picked up Aaron's lifeless body. She laid him down gently and then lay down on his chest. "No. I loved you", she whispered. ~End of flashback~ Tears were streaming down Rose's cheeks now. Kero sympathized for Rose. Rose put everything away, and then went to her bed and cried herself to sleep. ~Roses dream~ Oh no. Not another one of these dreams again. I hope I don't get any more cuts that are visible, or Li will be suspicious of me. This is what I hate about being a test giver. I get dreams that tell about the people I'm giving my tests to tell me what their personalities are like. Whatever happens to me in my dreams, happen to me in true life because I go through their childhood and I feel what they go through. This part I hate the most, especially because these two are card captors instead of sorcerers. I know Li has a sword and that doesn't seem like a good thing. I hope Li didn't go through anything where he was almost killed. Once I had to give a test to a guy that was very clumsy. I hope none of this is sad because.she didn't want to think about it. Ah, he was supposed to be married to someone else? Wow! This Meilin girl is a great fighter. He's a descendent of Clow Reed! First meeting. Whoa! This is not very good He's.blushing! OUCH!! The card hit Li. That hurt. This is when they were capturing the.umm oh yeah, The Shot Card. Wow. Li sure does blush a lot. Huh? Sakura liked.her big brother's best friend before Li?? A reincarnation of Clow Reed!! Awwwwww. They gave each other a teddy bear. and they named them after each other. OH MY GOSH. HE LEFT!!!!! Hmm. He called off the arranged wedding by his parents with Meilin. When does Sakura say she liked Li? Hmm. Wow. Perfect timing. Right when he loses his fee- Oh. Sakura's a strong magician. I'm surprised she hasn't reached her full power yet. She has a long way to go. Now. This must be Sakura's childhood. Her mom died when she was only three. Her dad is an archaeologist. She opened the book. ~End of Rose's dream~ Rose woke up to at the booming thunder and lightning. She looked out the window and realized it was raining. Neither Li nor Sakura were back yet. She looked at the time. It was only 12:46- about thirty minutes after she had fallen asleep. ~At Li's house~ Knock. Knock. "Hello. I hi come in", said the woman, "Hi mom", said Li. And then four women came out. "Oh look it's our little brother", said one, "Look how much he has grown", said the second one, "Who are his roommates", said the third, "Are they girls?" teased the last one. "Hi sisters", Li mumbled. "Girls, leave your brother alone", said Li's mom (Okay, okay, it's not practical that his sisters would still live with their mom, but what else could I say). Hello.
