Sikung Vincent Chow is the fifth generation Grand Master of the lineage of White Crane Kung Fu.
He is the Head Instructor of the White Crane System Worldwide.
His teacher is Sitaikung Kwoong Poon Fu,who is now 92 years old and retired,residing in Burnaby,B.C.,Canada.
Sikung Chow resides in Vancouver, Canada where he teaches kung fu and helps people to recover their health and joy in life, applying his vast knowledge of the secret White Crane traditional medicine.
Sikung himself is a walking example of the healing powers of the system; since childhood he was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition that resulted in doctors ordering him not to exercise.
After discovering the White Crane system, Sikung decided to take the risk and train in order to become stronger.He accomplished this after a period of training; until this day his heart condition hasn't caused him any problems,and his physical activity surpasses taht of many of his contemporaries.
