What is love?
Many people have tried to define it.
Some say it's when you understand that person
in a way no one else can or ever will.
Others say it's when that person is such a big part of your life,
you can't conceive how you lived without them for so long.
A few people have even gone further than this, and said that
it's an unspoken bond that was there before you even met,
you just didn't know it.

I know that it's all of these things.
But it's also so much more.
Love is indefinable.
It's an emotion that goes deeper
than even the person in love knows;
mere words cannot do it justice.

Back at the end of last year, I had a friend
who was going through some hard times.
We only talked online, and I hated that,
because I wanted to go over to his place and hold him so badly.
His name is Curtis,
and I was just being a friend to him.
I never knew what an impact
those concerned conversations would have on my life forever.

Before I knew it, I was beginning to fall in love with this man,
and I haven't stopping falling yet.
I don't think I ever will.
Curtis, you're the most amazing man I've ever met in my life,
