I met Howie yesterday!! He came at the Steve Madden store at
the Water Tower Place and across the street at F.A.O. Shwartz. We only went
to F.A.O. though because that's where we lined up first. The store opened at
10AM but Howie wasn't coming till 2PM. My friend and I left at 4AM! We were
first in line and as usual, Howie going with 'Backstreet Time' he was late
for all his appearances. Then the first 400 people to buy this $40 plush toy
thing gets the invitation to come back at 9PM to party with Howie till
midnight! When I came up, he shook my hand and he was like "Hi there!" and
all I could do was have this ear-to-ear grin that won't seem to let my mouth
move! So I was just like grinning the whole time! And he was like, "So I
heard you've been here since 6? You must be tired!" *And me STILL grinning*
Then he was like, "Well nice to meet you, I hope to see you at the party
tonight." Then finally I was able to move my grin and was like, (still
grinning) "Yeah I'm gonna be there!!! I hope to see you too!!" And I took a
pic with him, and that was it. Oh God, I wish I could've said more instead of
just standing there holding his hand and grinning like a frozen idiot! LoL!
It was really fun eventhough Howie was late. He also had this private bowling
party thing from 6-8, but we didn't buy tickets to that cuz it was $50!
Anyways this girl who went told me Howie was on lanes 1 & 2, and everyone
else had to be in lanes 5 and back! So basically you paid $50 to play bowling
and watch Howie from a distance! Haha! It was better at the toy store cuz you
even got to touch him and talk to him and take pics with him. Howie is so
much better looking in person! He is so adorable and such a sweety it makes
me wonder why he is even single!! Well I just thought I'd share with you guys
my Howie day yesterday! =) This all happened in downtown Chicago.
