FOR ATKINS DIETING:
1- Do not eat more than 20 grams of Carbohydrates Daily

You may eat whenever you are hungry (calories do not count)

This diet consists of pure proteins, pure fats (butter, olive oil, canola
oil, vegetable oil, mayonnaise etc..)and any combinations of proteins &
fats.
5- You may drink water, coffee (decaf), tea, diet soda (read label). Any Drink with 0 carbs is allowed.. 6- Using a carbohydrate counter (one could make a list of foods totaling 20 carbohydrates or less). 7- Join a Lowcarb Group ! DOING
ALL THIS WILL MOST LIKELY ENSURE A FAST WEIGHT LOSS
