RECIPES
#1: Tex-Mex Turkey Casserole -- Based on a recipe from the glory days of Texas cattle ranches. You can make it mild or spicy. Great use for leftover turkey or you can use chicken.

#5: Semi-Sweet Fudge Cake Brownies -- Based on an old Czech recipe. These brownies will melt in your mouth, but they're not too sweet.

#7: Confetti Chicken -- Great one-dish meal. Chicken and rice with a twist.

#9: Bavarian Sauerkraut -- A recipe from my Bavarian grandma's kitchen. Similar to sweet and sour cabbage. Great for those who like it tart, but not too tart.
