Jack Kelly is the leader of the Newsies. He is also known as Cowboy and Francis Sullivan. The character of Jack Kelly was in the actual Newsies Strike in 1899, but he was under a different name.
The man behind Jack Kelly is Christian Bale of "Little Women" fame. For those of you who dont know, he played Laurie.
