Specs
Specs is one of the cute Newies with glasses. He is not one of the more important newsies. He is one of the best newsies though. Specs is quiet and shy, but boy he can dance. His lines include "Since when did you become me mudda." And "Dat's an unusual name for dese parts."
Specs was played by Mark David. He was on the Nickelodian Show Roundhouse for a couple years along with David Sidoni who played Pieater in Newsies and Ivan Dudynsky who played Dutchy.

He was an extra in the movie Encino Man.
