Family of Four Held In Moonshining Case

LOGAN UP).—Four members of one family were released on bond of $500 each to await grand jury action on a charge of operating a moonshine still near Chapmanvllle. Wilburn Belcher of the state liquor enforcement agency identified the four, who waived hearing before Justice of the Peace Leslie Avis, as Henry Conley, 61, his brother, Mosko Conley, 58, and Henry's sons, Palmer, 25, and John, 22. Belcher said a 40-gallon still was confiscated.
