Logan Resident Dies Of Self-inflicted Shot LOGAN UP).—Keifer Conlcy, 32, died In n Logan hoapital Monday of a bullet, wound which Trooper W. C. Williams of the state police said was self-inflicted. The officer quoted Conley's wife as saying he had often threatened to take his own life. A small-bore rifle had been fired upward beneath his chin.
