It was converted from a house to a palace in the 1830's. The Changing of the Guard is a colorful ceremony.
In June, the ceremony will be at 11:30 AM daily. Also known as The Tube, this is London's subway system.
There are 273 stations, trains run every day. Pictured is the sign for a station with its distictive red circle marking the location. The Jewel Tower is where the crown jewels reside. The White Tower, Bloody Tower and Tower Green are best known as a places of torture and captivity. Completed in 1894, this bridge is a symbol of London.
