A Childs Gift
A Childs gift is more than love.
They are sent to us from God above.
Sent to us with all His love.
With souls that are free as a dove.
They bring us so much joy.
Their love for us is always loyal.
A hug a kiss,that little smile.
All gifts from the heart of a child.
They speak the truth
from their hearts.
They hold our hands as
they jump and dart.
They have faith that does
not waiver without a doubt.
They know we will keep them safe
that's what love is all about.
We learn and grow from
the heart of a child.
Many lessons learned
take us that next mile.
Theres no greater gift
than the love of a child.
Hold them close and thank
God for their love so mild.
