One of the most beautiful sights in nature is the rainbow. This image is entitled "The Promise." I was driving to Fairbanks, Alaska, when the clouds broke and a ray of sun created this beautiful optical illusion of a rainbow radiating up from the center of the mountain. While travelling in Colorado I noticed this cross up on the hillside. What caught my attention was how the clouds appeared to "break" directly above the cross. I entitled the image "Boothill Break." Images are available as 11x14 or 16x20 cibrachrome prints. Ask for photo #DHP-110. |

Sometimes it is nice just to take a trip. This picture was taken while I was on a sightseeing cruise to visit the glaciers. I call it "Glacerial Reflection." It was a beautiful day for a cruise.
