Ordering Information
Please always reserve items before doing anything else! There is only one way of contacting me for reservations and thats by e-mail: DoloresRec@aol.com Below are a list of points which you can follow to help the order to run as smoothly as possible!
POSTAGE - Within the UK only, (US and other orders are calculated individually,) £1 for the first CD, 7" or cassette and 70p for each after. Double CDs are £1.70 each for postage and 12" are £2 each, but all these prices may vary on some items, so please just e-mail your order and I will calculate postage costs for you.
Look for the item(s) you want from the "Stock List" and "New In" section only. Do NOT buy from the "Coming" selection. I may be able to answer questions about Coming stock.
All items MUST be reserved before money is sent, this is done by e-mailing me and waiting for conformation of your reservation by e-mail.
Items will remain reserved for 1 week before I e-mail to inform you the item is back on sale. Please ask if 1 week is not enough.
When all relavent details have been confirmed and I have acknowledged payment can be sent, you may then send money.
I accept cheques and IMOs for English pounds. You may also now send US dollars, cash only sent registered mail. All cheques to be made payable to Matthew Buckeridge. Please consult me on any other form of payment or US dollars.
Goods will be despatched as soon as the amount has cleared in my bank account, all orders are attended to in the order of payment arriving. I pride myself on a fast service, but sometimes there may be delays, for which I apologise in advance! I can not take responsibility for the speed or efficiency of the mail service!
LASTLY any sale prices or reductions are only valid when advertised on the page. All price reductions are for limited periods only and may be altered to the original price at any time. Only reservations made when the lowered prices are advertised will be accepted at the low price.
