Hola mis amigos (hello, my friends)! Wie ghet es euch (how are you)? My name is Frederick C. Evans III and I'm a full time college student at Brookhaven College. I am a 31-year-old creole (mixed African and English ancestry) young man. I enjoy reading the Bible & devotional literature, fellowship, cycling, meeting new people, reading classic & sci-fi literature, fixing things, surfing the 'net, traveling with my wife, and watching a little quality television.
I attended four (4) different primary schools in two different countries. I then attended St. John's College high school where I studied technical drafting, typing, wood-shop, and I later majored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math, simultaneously.
A government scholarship then took me to St. John's College's junior college. While there I took classes in Western Civilization, Art (drawing), Theology, Application Software, and Turbo Pascal. I majored in Physics and Math.
My first job was as a Class 4 Meteorologist with the Belize Government. Just over a year later, during some government cuts, I started looking for a new job. I then worked as a Technician in the Information Systems Department of Belize's only telecommunications company, B.T.L.. After leaving B.T.L., my job title was "Security Director" at SusSplash Digimart Ltd. SunSplash sold computers (& parts, accessories, and services), security systems (burglar/fire alarm & surveillance), and car alarms. I was the supervisor over all the technicians and did some of the installations, repairs, and upgrades myself.
I quit my job at the end of May - early June of 2003 and drove from Belize to the U.S. of A. to further my education (I didn't graduate from S.J.C. Junior College). I am now working toward my "Associate in Sciences Degree with a Field of Study in Computer Science." I plan to go on to earn my B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Management.
