Number 2 To keep our kids in their seats! Compare the safety of seated and seatbelted, versus seated and unseatbelted, or worse yet, standing WHILE A BUS IS IN MOTION!

Number 3 To utilize readily available technology! Consider that seatbelts today are easy to use - to fasten and to release!

Number 4 To add add safety inexpensively! Check out the price of installing seatbelts in both new and older schoolbuses for reasonableness!

Number 5 To let the schoolbus driver know everyone is seated! Look how warning light(s) on the schoolbus driver's dashboard can advise whether seatbelts are fastened!

Number 6 To protect all ages and sizes of schoolchildren! Choose from various styles and sizes, including adjustables, for your childrens' best fit!

Number 7 To educate about safety! Talk about seatbelts as a tool for transportation safety!

Number 8 To show kids that we are consistent and not hypocritical! Demonstrate to our children how we wear seatbelts in cars AND on schoolbuses!

Number 9 To invest wisely in preventive health care! Calculate how much money we save when seatbelts prevent injuries!
