The notion that the higher the pH the better it is for you is not
correct. Moderation is the key here.
Our Microwater Systems are designed to work with a variety of water
conditions from low mineral content to hard water. The pH
adjusting switch is designed to adjust the pH to a level between pH
8.5 and 9.5. Adding a lot of extra minerals to boost the pH goes
against the accumulated wisdom of this technology as studied in
Japan.
In the Basic Clinical Test 1, it was found that: "At pH 9, no
abnormal changes were identified by blood, urine and stool test. At
pH 10, 5 of 6 cases had an increase of serum potassium
concentration, 2 of which showed higher blood potassium symptom.
Since serum potassium concentration increased further at pH 11,
Alkaline Ionized Water at pH 11 was discontinued for 3 cases."
"To confirm general safety of Alkaline Ionized Water Electrolyzer
in the market at pH 9.0 to 9.5..." It was reported in CONCLUSIONS:
"... Alkaline Ionized Water at pH 9.0 to 9.5 produced by the
Alkaline Ionized Water Electrolyzer in the market did not result in
mild abnormal changes in the blood test, assuring short-term
safety." and "Judging from all these results, Alkaline Ionized
Water efficacy against gastric symptoms are found to be optimum at
pH 9.0 to 9.5."

WE ARE MICROWATER.
University-based research indicates that Microwater is best recommended
for drinking with a pH between 8.5 and 9.5. This is better than
drinking ionized alkaline water at pH 10.0 and higher. This data
comes from a test reported by the Dept. of Internal Medicine,
Ohkura National Hospital & Dept. of Internal Medicine, Shiga
University of Medical Science in Japan.
