My first try at the spiral rope stitch really thrilled me. In fact I loved the look so much,
I made the pendant removable so the rope could be worn by itself. The pendant is a vintage
glass cabochon that is really amethyst color in the light.
This is my second pendant with a spiral rope. I used an alternative treatment. Part of the rope
was made with pearl then after a few inches, I just left off the pearl and continued with the same bead count.
The pendant is a Amazonite donut.
